Update #36 - Things to Look Forward To...

Well, it's been a over month since our last update, and whilst not much has happened during that time, there's quite a few things happening in the not so distant future, some of which will have their own email announcement, but we can give a few hints...

Changes In Restrictions

As I'm sure you're no doubt aware of, restrictions will be easing on Monday 19th July. Meaning, when we open on Wednesday 21st things will be a little bit different. Whilst we're still waiting for exact confirmation of what this means for hospitality, we're expecting that we'll finally be doing good, old-fashioned bar service. It also means we'll no longer have to worry about taking QR check-ins and such.

Despite the excitement we have in getting back to normality (something the pub is yet to experience) the virus is still out there, and cases are on the rise. We'll always do our best to ensure a safe environment for all. With this in mind, if you ever want to come by but have any concerns for whatever reason, please drop us an email and let us know if there's anything we can do to help.

CAMRA GBBF At Your Local - Beer Week - 30th July-8th August

As GBBF won't be going ahead this year, CAMRA are organising a 'GBBF At Your Local' campaign, which we'll be partaking in. Whilst we'll be making some exciting announcements in the not-too-distant future, we can tell you to expect a meet the brewer event and live music...

One thing we CAN announce though is that on Sunday 1st August we'll have 20% off all real ale, and when it's gone, it's gone!

Newly In

We've got some incredible new drinks on this week. Some notable mentions (in no particular order): On keg at the mo we've got Neckstamper Squencher Juicy IPA with some Duration lined up after. We're also restocking on our German beer selection, including a rather lovely Radler from Rothaus perfect for the expected warmer weather! On cask we've got some Elusive ready to tap, Award-winning Brewers Gold from Crouch Vale, as well as some Five Points and finally, we've got some new Cloudwater, Polly's and Queer Brewing cans!
