All Hail Hale Ale! Our First Colab Beer! 🍺

Introducing: HALE

We're thrilled to announce that our first ever colab beer is brewed, racked, tapped and ready to be imbibed from today!

Hale is a hoppy English Pale Ale created and brewed in collaboration with Tap East. Available only on cask, it is a celebration of the incredible ride we've been on over the last few years, culminating with winning CAMRA East London and City Pub of the Year 2023.

Featuring all British Hops and Malt, Hale comes in at 4.6% and has a confident body with bread and biscuit characteristics, an assertive bitterness for the style and a hop aroma that invokes that smell of walking down a British country path in the height of Summer. Forgive the pretentiousness but it's true.

Hale will be available on and off throughout the next month at The Stag & Lantern, as well as The Rake in Borough Market, and of course Tap East in Westfield Stratford. So make sure to swing by there if you get the chance! 

This evening (Wed 31st May) Tap East head brewer, and local Highams Park resident, Terry will be at the pub to answer your questions and share a drink!
